A.) INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 符合下列經驗
(X by each item you are submitting)

TWO (2) REQUIREMENTS:
#1 - BARTENDER EXPERIENCE:

_____a.) Must have a minimum of ONE full year work experience as a bartender (min. 1400 working hours.) - OR -
至少一年吧台工作經驗或..

_____b.) Must have completed a licensed vocational bartending school (min. 30 hours of instruction) AND six (6) months work experience as a bartender (min. 700 hours.)

- AND ALSO -

#2 - BEVERAGE MANAGER EXPERIENCE:
_____Must have a minimum of one (1) full year work experience as a beverage manager.

1年吧台經理經驗

PROOF REQUIRED FOR A.)
Submit a list of your employment, starting with current job, indicating company, address, current contact phone and owner/supervisor, dates of employment, your title while there, and # of hours worked per week.

B.) EDUCATION
_____Must be a High School graduate or GED equivalent.
PROOF REQUIRED -
diploma.

C.) ALCOHOL AWARENESS/RESPONSIBLE VENDOR TRAINING
_____Successful participation in any recognized Alcohol Awareness/Responsible Vendor Training Program, such as TAM, T.I.P.S., Bar Code, CARE, Responsible Vendors of Florida, etc.  For information on this course through IFSEA click here.擁有美國酒類販賣知識認證證明

PROOF REQUIRED - Certificate of successful completion, and, if other than those listed above, a brief outline of the program.

D.) SEMINAR/CORRESPONDENCE COURSE
_____a.)
Completion of the 6 hour seminar program, "Managing a Bar For Maximum Profit," offered by the Beverage Management Institute (call 800-447-4384 for schedule.) or

_____b.) Completion of the IFSEA/BMI correspondence course entitled, "Professional and Profitable Bar Management,"

c.) OR completion of the AH&MAI correspondence course, "Bar & Bev. Management."

d.) OR you may submit completion of another program of equal content and duration, with full details on that program for Board review; subject to approval by the Certification Review Bd.
PROOF REQUIRED - Certificate of successful completion.

ALCOHOL AWARENESS TRAINING
THROUGH IFSEA

Through a special arrangement with the National Restaurant Association’s Education Foundation, IFSEA is able to offer you Bar Code: Serving Alcohol Responsibly.

Foundation rules normally require that 5 people take the course at the same time, proctored by an instructor who sits with those people while they take the exam. IFSEA has been given the unique and very special opportunity to provide this program to individuals who may not be able to assemble as a group. Ed Manley has been authorized to act as your proctor.

There is a test to be done following a thorough review of the text. Once you submit that to IFSEA HQ, we send it on to the NRA, they grade it and issue your certificate.

Alcohol Awareness is a key component in the Certified Bar Manager Program, the other education requirement being our "Professional and Profitable Bar Management" course. We look forward to certifying you in both Alcohol Awareness and Bar Management.

備註:
1.BAR CODE 美國酒類販賣常識認證,係由美國餐飲業最高機構_國家餐飲組織(NRA)所屬教育基金會(NRAEF)所頒發,美國各州多數已列為申請販賣酒類必須出具文件之一,本證在台灣之正式認證機構已由(NRAEF)授權(IFSEA)並委由國際餐飲經理人台灣分會(IFSEA Taiwan Branch)直接在台訓練並考試。

2.以上有關申請國際餐飲經理人協會(CBM)吧台經理證書之所有事項及申辦,均可由本班全部輔導並完成申辦手續,欲者請洽曼哈頓吧台學院班主任(現任IFSEA台灣分會副會長)。
